Juggernauts Roll Over Coyotes
The Juggernauts brought their A-game and showed why they’re a team to watch this season.
Right off the bat, Maricopa made a statement with a touchdown from #1. The extra point was a smooth run by #6, putting the Juggernauts on the board early. The Coyotes weren’t backing down though. Player #19 from Gilbert ran it in for a touchdown, but their extra point didn’t work out, so the score stayed close.
In the second quarter, the Coyotes scored again with a touchdown from #3 and an extra point by #36, giving them a short-lived lead. But Maricopa wasn’t having it. Player #1 came up huge with a crazy punt return touchdown and #6 nailed the extra point to put them back on top. Later, #1 added another touchdown for the Juggernauts, but they couldn’t quite get the extra point to go.
The third quarter was all Juggernauts as they started to pull away. #43 ran it in for a touchdown and #27 kicked the extra point, keeping Maricopa in control. The Coyotes couldn’t get their offense going, and then #11 for the Juggernauts scored another touchdown. Unfortunately, the extra point didn’t work out, but it didn’t matter much.
By the fourth quarter, Maricopa had built up a solid lead. #11 scored again, but the extra point didn’t land. Even though the Coyotes kept pushing, the Juggernauts had enough of a cushion to close it out and secure the win.
The Maricopa Juggernauts showed up big time in this game, with some awesome touchdowns, big runs, and a few clutch extra points. It was a fun game full of excitement, and the Juggernauts came out on top with the win.
