GBG Vegas 2027 captured the 2026 PG 17U World Series – American Open championship with an 8–4 victory over Brand Utah 2027 on July 27, 2026.
GBG Vegas completed pool play at 3–0–1 while scoring 39 runs and allowing only seven. The Nevada club continued its run with a 13–0 win over Stix North 2027 Prospects, followed by an 11–0 victory over Prevail 17U and an 8–0 win against Stacked Baseball 17U Black.
In the semifinal round, GBG Vegas defeated Bombers Baseball Club of Southern California, 4–0. Brand Utah earned the other championship spot by edging MMW Arizona Victus 2026, 3–2.
Brand Utah finished as runner-up, while the Bombers and MMW Arizona Victus shared third-place honors. Brayden Leavitt was named Most Valuable Player, and Payton Bryan received Most Valuable Pitcher honors.
