Skyhawks Earn Strong JV Win Over Coconino

Deer Valley’s JV team played a solid game at home and earned a 74–46 win over Coconino. The Skyhawks passed the ball well, made smart shots, and stayed steady on offense as the game went on. Their teamwork helped the lead grow little by little.

Coconino worked hard the whole game and had some good moments where they pushed the pace and tried to close the score. They kept taking open shots and looked for chances to drive to the basket, but Deer Valley’s defense made many of those plays tough.

The Skyhawks stayed focused, grabbed important rebounds, and scored when they needed to, which helped them stay in control from start to finish. It was a strong game by Deer Valley and a good effort by Coconino from beginning to end.
