Hawks Control Scorpions on the Road

Buckeye came into Desert Edge and handled business, pulling away for a 34–22 win in a game they controlled from start to finish.

The pace was slow and physical early, with Buckeye grabbing a 5–3 lead after the first quarter. Points were tough to come by, but Buckeye’s defense set the tone.

That pressure paid off in the second quarter as Buckeye stretched the lead to 17–5 by halftime.

Buckeye stayed composed in the second half, closing out a disciplined 34–22 road win.
