Vipers Turn Up the Heat and Crush It Against Desert Edge

Let’s goooo! If you missed this game, you missed something special. Verrado rolled into their Monday matchup against Desert Edge with serious heat, and they walked out with a big 9-3 dub. The energy was high, the bats were loud, and both teams brought the hustle. The Vipers wasted no time getting on the board. He went 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs, doing everything he could to keep his team in it. Desert Edge starter Jayden Dodd struggled a bit, giving up 4 earned runs in just 1 inning, but C. Bojorquez came in strong with 3 innings of relief and kept Verrado from running it up even more. Defense was solid across the board. Cayden Scott made a couple slick plays at second for Desert Edge, and R. Guardardo was clean with the glove too.
