Williams also emphasized the team's growing confidence and chemistry as the season progresses.

"I just think that we're just building confidence each week, getting closer together, growing as a family," Williams explained. "Once one person gets rolling, it permeates throughout the whole team and everybody gets confident."

Jones also emphasized that the victory was the result of contributions from both sides of the football.

"It was a great team win today," Jones said.

When discussing the defensive preparation, Jones explained that studying Texas College's tendencies helped OUAZ enter the matchup prepared.

"One thing about us, we stay in the film room," Jones said. "We studied them like the back of our hands."

The 69-7 victory showcased OUAZ's ability to generate offense through both its rushing and passing attacks while holding Texas College scoreless through three quarters.
