The Stallions started strong with 11 points in the first quarter, while Boulder Creek led with 18 points. However, Shadow Ridge quickly took control, outscoring the Jaguars 20-7 in the second quarter. Key players for the Stallions included Danica Lindemann, a junior who played all four quarters and scored multiple points, and Kylie Hammer, a sophomore who played solidly throughout. Boulder Creek struggled to keep up after the first quarter, with Sierra Richards, a senior, doing her best to lead her team but scoring only one free throw in the first quarter. The Jaguars were unable to get back in the game, scoring just 5 points in the third and 7 in the fourth. In the final quarter, Shadow Ridge finished strong with 19 points, maintaining their lead with help from Analynn Dunn, who played well all game. Despite strong efforts from Leah Anderson and Michelle Bullock, the Jaguars couldn’t catch up. In the end, Shadow Ridge took the victory with great teamwork and contributions from their key players, showing they’re a team to watch for the rest of the season.
