Neither team added points in the fourth quarter, allowing Buena to finish with the 42-0 shutout.

Despite the difficult result, Vista Grande offensive lineman Ishmael Jimmy pointed to improved communication and adjustments as positives from the game.

"We weren't really on the same page at first, but we started making up for it towards the last half of the game and got more in sync as it went on," Jimmy said.

Jimmy also expressed confidence in the offensive line's ability to learn from its mistakes, explaining that the group continued adjusting throughout the game despite the challenging circumstances.

Looking ahead, Jimmy emphasized the importance of developing stronger team chemistry, discipline and communication.

"We are a second half team, that needs to change. We need to build a strong bond and firm communication with each other," Jimmy said.

Buena's balanced scoring performance, including rushing touchdowns, passing touchdowns and a defensive score, proved decisive as the Colts left Vista Grande with a 42-0 victory.
